We are a small consultancy firm, passionate about helping people get the most out of the ways that they work. Finding, and creating, efficient ways of working or collaborating can sound like a dry topic. We, respectfully, disagree.

Our goal as consultants is to make ourselves dispensable. We work for you, we don't create dependency to ensure further work for ourselves. Repeat business comes our way because we deliver quality and values... on time!
Our Background
Hyphen Blue launched in 2018, with a focus on supporting the Public Sector and expanded to cover Private Sector companies who work with, or for, the Public Sector.

We grew rapidly from a single person operation into a team of consultants and associates. We have over 65 years of combined experience working in the Public Sector. In bridging the gap between between Public and Business Sectors, we can bring the benefits of both.
Social Responsibility
Social Responsibility forms the backbone of how we operate as a business and as individuals within that business. We have policies that are available upon request and we have also signed up to the Blue Light Social Value Action Planning Tool, which can be found here.
