Hyphen Blue works closely with several Associates to provide extra resources, flexibility, speed and expertise whenever our projects require those to deliver.
Steve has 25 years' experience across IT Management, Programme Delivery and Shared Service Implimentation. His experience spans the Public, Private and Third Sectors.
He was part of the Shared Services Implimentation team that won the Value Creation Award at the European Shared Service and Outsourcing Week in 2015. He has since lead teams implimenting Oracle EBusiness Suite, Oracle Cloud Applications and Apex Systems.
Steve listens to customer challenges and can create clear problem statements, options appraisals and transformation plans. He gets hands-on when required, developing tools to deliver value long after Hyphen Blue have left site.
Steve Schooler - Senior Consultant, Flying Cloud
Fiona is an experienced senior manager blending strategic thinking with a strong track record of delivery. A politically astute, pragmatic problem solver with strong leadership and communications skills, she has a natural ability to build strong relationships as well as being an experienced finance professional.
Her main achievements include moving the Lincolnshire Police Contract from making a loss into profitability, and delivering an £11m Record Management System across 5 Police Forces. She has experience developing and delivering financial strategies, including transformation programmes to make £16m savings from a budget of £140m over a 2.5 year period within the policing environment.
This incorporated creating the Multi-Force Shared Service for Northamptonshire Police and Cheshire Constabulary, creating the business model to allow commercial expansion of the Shared Service and the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning system.
